| | Biography Under a 'guitars, bass, drums, violin and cello' format since the end of 2002, SWEEK play instrumental explosive and intense music constantly swinging between melancholy, rage and psychedelism, mixing up those feelings with an outstanding onstage presence. Since their debut album release 'the shooting star’s sigh...' in 2004, SWEEK have been playing throughout belgium, but also in france and deutschland, each time followed by a growing reputation. Driving the audience into different emotional spheres, SWEEK offer a passionate trip from sorrow to bliss, from insanity to hope. In autumn 2005, here comes a second album, 'the unbelievable cinematic crash'. The philosophy stays the same and for the first time, some brilliant guests appear: Han Stubbe from d.a.a.u. at clarinet but also an harp, a trumpet, a trombone and an acordion.
